Saturne Technology was founded in 2001 by Walter Grzymlas and today has 15 employees, who are all experts in metal additive manufacturing, laser welding, laser cutting and drilling as well as laser hardfacing and cladding.
We are one of nine players in Europe to have mastered the production of complex parts for high-tech industries and first-class suppliers for several big names in the industry.
In our workshops in Luxembourg, we produce series parts for the civil and military aeronautics, food, armaments, art and jewelry, automobile, medical, nuclear, R&D and aerospace sectors.

Our know-howIntegral management of the production chain
In Europe, only nine players, including Saturne Technology, master and carry out all the processes in the production line in additive manufacturing, as well as in traditional manufacturing (cutting, drilling, welding, laser refilling).
Our know-how in additive manufacturing, our mastery of the various laser technologies (welding, drilling, reloading, cutting) and our reactivity allow us to successfully carry out our customers' projects from A to Z.
We work closely with project managers, developers and designers who use our services to validate a concept, a design, the functionality of a part, or to detect a potential design problem. Saturne Technology tests, compares and studies different solutions in order to validate the industrialisation processes for its customers. Objective: to optimize the part so as to reduce its manufacturing costs, and to validate the launch of production in small, medium and large series.
